Analysis and Testing Center
The Analysis and Testing Center is now equipped with more than 30 sets of facilities for separation and structural elucidation of synthetic and natural compounds, such as (U)HPLC, IR, UV，NMR, GC-MS and LC-MS, etc., providing the testing and self-testing services for the staff and students.
Main instruments and facilities
NMR:
Avance III 400MHz NMR spectrometer with B-ACS 60 autosampler (Bruker), TopSpin 3.2 for data acquisition and processing.
MS:
Trace 1300isq GC-MS with headspace sampling (Thermo), U3000-MicrOTOF II MS spectrometer (Bruker), Expression L Thin-Layer-Chromatography-MS spectrometry (Advion).
IR:
Spectrum Two FT-IR spectrometer (PerkinElemer).
UV:
Lambda 365 UV spectrometer (PerkinElmer), F-4600 fluorospectrophotometer (Hitachi).
HPLC:
HP Agilent1100G1310A, Hitachi L-2000, DIONEX SUMMIT P680A HP, Thermo-fisher U3000 with UV and fluorescence detector, Agilent 1260 with DAD detector, Waters semi- preparative HPLC 1525,ShimadzuLC-20AT with ELSD detector.
