Huchen Zhu is now a full-time Professor at School of Pharmacy, Tongji Medical College, HUST, who engages in research on structurally unique and pharmacological active secondary metabolites produced by fungi. He has awarded the Natural Science Foundation of Hubei Province for Distinguished Young Scholars in 2018 and the Excellent Young Scholars of National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2019.
