On June 2nd, the thesis defense of the 2022 international undergraduate student was held in the conference room on the first floor of the No. 2 Building, School of Pharmacy, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). According to the arrangement of the university, the defense was conducted online and offline. Gong Shiwei (Professor), Yi Dandan (Associate Professor), Cao Yan (Associate Professor), Xu Chuanrui (Associate Professor) and Liu Junjun (Associate Professor) were the judges of the defence. The defense session included students' self-report, judges' questions, comments and voting, which was rigorous and orderly.
Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, some students could not return to school. Nevertheless, teachers and students overcame difficulties in completing the thesis design and proposal, and made sufficient preparations for the defense. The topics of the thesis defense and the students are as follows. Through the joint efforts of teachers and students, nine students successfully completed their defense.
